Looking for help identifying a character model

Hello I am wondering if anyone can me identify the character model used on the right of these promo images, I did a search through the store but had no luck.

    But note that I had a similar question for another product - the vendor got in touch and said they make their own custom models for promoting their clothing and accessories (and didn't seem like they were interested in selling the model itself!).

    I would also suggest taking a look at Raiya's Girls. She often partner's with OOT for character/clothing/hair bundles.
