Is there any way to render only an emission without the object itself? Please, read above...

Well, I have a plane that has an emission material, I just wanna hide the plane and stay with its emissive effect... Any idea? Thank you!

In the surface settings set the Cut Out Opacity to .0001, it will still give light but be invisible.
Nice tip Zombie, however, I must brutaly increase the emission luminence to see the effect. A great tip, off course. Any other suggestion?
why not move the plane out of the shot and adjust the light output as needed?
The first image uses Texture Shaded view, and either has the headlamp on or Preview Lights off, the second is an Iray preview with no headlamp - they would not be expected to match. At the very least you will need to adjust Tone mapping from the default values.
