Skin breaking

Hi, I apologize if this has been answered before but I don't know what exactly the correct terminology is, so I searched for skin break and skin tearing and I couldn't find anything to help. But since there is no The Guy 8, I want that kind of plasticy skin look for Girl 7 and her different variations on the guys. So I put Hazel's skin on Yuzuru and it looks like the skin doesn't stretch (is that the right term?). Is there any way to fix this and be able to use Gen 8 female skins on G8 guys? Yeah, with clothes and hair you'd never know, but in the offchance for my animated film he needs to have his shirt off, I don't want to go into after effects and try to clone the tearing spots. Thank you for any and all help!

Male and female UVs are different, so if you want to use female skin on a male figure, or vice versa, you'll need to modify it.
