character and hair export

Hello friends. When I export the character, I cannot repair it with netfabb if it has hair. But if you do not have hair repaired with netfabb  I can.

I need to get the character out of the hair as an obj and then repair it.

can you help me?

Any hair at all? Hair models use various different techniques, some are literal hair models made up of strands (usually thin tubes) which I would imgine would be hard to turn into a printable solid, others are made of of concentric shells which are opacity mapped to look like layers of hair (I would think those might be fixable, though you'd have to watch for extra details provided by tubes or sheets standing in fro loose locks). Certainly people do manage to make printable versions of hair, though I don't know what software they use.
