Rigged mesh not moving instantly with bone and weight map.

Hello. I have a simple TriAx rigged model, with bones already weight painted, but there is a inconsistent problem with posing it. Sometimes when I open the scene and try moving the bones the weighted portion of the model instantly moves and deforms with the bone, But sometimes when I open the file and attempt to move the bones, the model and deforms stay in place while I am dragging the bone, and don't update to the new position until I let go of the mouse button. This makes it hard to edit the model and has no clear cause to me as to why it only happens sometimes. https://imgur.com/a/NO29wLg Does anyone know what might be the cause of this and how to fix it? Check the Manipulation Binding option in Draw Settings.
