V4/M4 figures have never loaded

I have double checked, reinstalled and still i find no files in my content folder, smart content or directly in my daz program for these figures. I have checked everything i can think of to try to fix this yet I am still lost. How do i get the v4/m4 figures to register with my ds? My install manager says they are present.
I have very little knowledge about files and file systems especially for this program. Please assist me?

    Look under poser content.

    Exactly which files did you install - you need the Poser files for the figures themselves.

    Thank you muchly for the help identifying the file type I needed to find. I was able to fix this issue with the information.
