Fresh Install Tips?

I bought a heftier Mac Pro to handle rendering, so I'm re-installing all my Daz Studio software and content. I'm pretty good at just loading the Mac versions of all the content and skipping the PC versions. Question; can i ignore the "Ps" versions of each item (I assume Poser) and just load the "DS" (Daz Studio) versions through Install Manager? Or is there some reason to have those Ps versions?

If you're using DIM, just select the software you use in the Download Filters -- then it will only show you the Poser versions if DS needs them.

I assume that I need to set the destination in the DIM settings options...and then also tell Daz Studio that's where to look for the content?
