Transfer Utility Problem

OK So I made a dress in Hexagon sent it back to Daz - I am using build 4.6.139 and Hexagon 2.5.179

And the transfer utility Template is missing - tried the 32 and 64 bit versions with no luck.

This of course leaves the dress in place with no - attaching to the figure.

Any ideas

    I assume this is a Genesis figure you're trying to fit it to?

    Can you show a screenshot of what you're getting?
