Having trouble with saving a pose for Genesis 8.

I made a pose that doesn't exceed any limits that I know of--I checked everything, including pose controls. But when I save the pose, and then load it to a figure, it says, "Pose exceeds limits, yada yada", and offers me the choice between exceeding limits or not. If I choose not to exceed limits, the pose loads fine. If I choose to exceed limits, I get the right quad flexing. But no matter which option I choose, if I then load another pose onto the figure, the right quad is distorted and shrunken looking.

I've tried loading the pose with limits and resaving it, but that didn't work. I've tried deleting the figure, loading a brand new one, and applying the pose, then saving it, no dice. I've tried selecting all the children of the figure, and turning on limits for all of them, then saving it, but still no go. I've tried holding down ctrl when loading the pose, and then choosing "limits", but that doesn't work either. No matter how I setup and save the pose, when I apply it it says that it exceeds limits.

I anyone could guide me here, you'll save my sanity! :D I keep thinking I must have clicked on something accidentally, but I can't figure out what it could be...

This is how I usually save poses and so far have had no issues.

Thanks for replying, Catherine! I'm definitely saving the poses correctly, but I seem to be running into whatever is going on here: https://www.daz3d.com/forums/discussion/233601/so-i-broke-flex-quad-right-anyone-have-a-fix
I still haven't found a fix for it, but I did finally find a workaround that "solved" the issue, and let me move forward. If anyone in the future is experiencing this, here's what I did:

    1. Load the troublesome pose onto the base figure.
    2. Load a second base figure into the scene.
    3. In the Parameters tab, with the first figure selected, right click and choose "copy figure"
    4. In the Parameters tab, with the second figure selected, right click and choose "paste figure pose"

Now the pose is copied to the second figure, but it leaves behind whatever was distorting the quad, and making the pose impossible to save correctly. So, you can save the pose using this second figure.

    Whew!
