Howto make a daz model + job offer

Hi!

I am new here and am not sure if this is the right place to ask.

How to people usually make a 3d model for daz? I am looking for some anime like proportions but couldn't find anything to my taste.

Is the model made in another 3d program? Can I just import any 3d model into daz or does it not work that way?

Is there someone that would take the paid job to prepare an anime boy and girl for me according to the proportions I want? Its nothing commercial, just for my drawings.

Greetings

    Greetings

Yes you can import 3D models such as .obj files into D/S. Figure rigging does not travel between programs though. It would have to be rigged in D/S if you want to pose it.

Aiko, Hitomi, etc. often available also in bundles such as : https://www.daz3d.com/hitomi-for-genesis-bundle

Read once where it can take a team of experts nearly a year to create a figure [modeling, rigging, etc.] so making a model is rather expensive.

What would be a lot more economical [and easier] would be to have morphed the base figure to the desired shape. To assist morphing, there are many morphing packages available mostly for sale, some for free.

As you take a look at the various figures: Genesis, Genesis 2 and Genesis 3, decide which one you would rather work with as morphs will only work on the figure they are made for.
