Stuck & Frozen at installation: Help??

Ran installation several times.
Opens with a figure (basic female) not indicated in start-up video
None of the menu buttons do anything when clicked, including file,
EVERYTHING IS TOTALLY LOCKED UP
++++NOTE IMAGE ATTACHED

I have tried running as administrator, rebooting, re-installing, un-installing, reinstalling again and again
It opens locked as the image attached shows and no clicking of any menu items has any effect whatever
YES - using the installer as instructed.

DAZ ticket was submitted
Only reply was to read their FAQs - which I did before submitting the ticket

I run Poser, ZBrush, Photoshop, Corel Painter, Rhino 3D and various 3d programs with no problems or issues
I've done commercial illustration and graphics for over 30 years

Go to Window > Workspace > Select Layout > City Limits, and that should bring you back to a default layout.

Have you tried selecting any of the options on that top menu?

Thanks... seems the major issue is my Wacom pen-tablet.
All other apps (zbrush, photoshop, poser, painter) accept both the mouse and the pen
Apparently DAZ only likes the pen... simply stupid... perhaps I will find some setting to make adjustments to this.
Just happy to get the program running...
Lots to learn now...
