Missing Texture File

I have the following product "Myriel for Teen Raven 8" by @Jessaii -  https://www.daz3d.com/myriel-for-teen-raven-8 but I can't apply the 2nd blush as the texture file is completely missing (myrielfacemeblush2_1001.jpg).  I've double checked the DIM Archive and its definitly missing.  I've put in a support ticket 5 days ago and haven't heard back from anybody.

Is there a way of contacting the vendor themselves so that I can ask for help directly.

I can't answer your question about the product, but I know that both Tech Support and Sales are currently inundated with help requests. I had one Tech ticket responded to after more than a week - not fixed, but that's being looked at; and a previous ticket that has only had acknowledged after three weeks, but no follow up.

All i've had is the automated response, yet normally they get back within 48hrs (unless its the weekend)

Just to illustrate, Blush 1 on the left.  On the right is what you get when you try to apply Blush 2.

    And then

I sent a sitemail to Jess over at Rendo.

The mat apply for blush 2 was included by mistake. I ended up scrapping it but i guess we missed removing the apply file. Sorry for that!

One option I've figured out was to load myrielfacemeblush1001.jpg into an image editor, rename it, recolour it and then save it as myrielfacemeblush2_1001.jpg.  Meanwhile, the icon for blush 2 looks like the fuchsia pink that ended up being the basic blush included with the product.

Yeah i used the mat file as a donor when i was testing my black blush 2 which looked awful lol. Sorry about the file mistake being left in but yep can totally use it to create a blush color alternate :)
