I am looking for coservative, traditional 19th century women with long clothes and hair put up. Like the one I've attached.

 

I wonder if someone could direct me to good options on the Daz3d website?

There are quite a few dresses on the site that should fit your need. Hair too. Thus, you should be able to take any of the female characters sold here (which come WITHOUT hair and clothing, in general) and create a character that should work.
