G8F Textures on G3F?

I know that G3F textures can be applied to G8F but is there a way to apply G8F textures to G3F. When I try to do this I get an error message.

    The problem is most probably that the preset you're trying to use is a hierarchical preset made to be used on G8F with her eyelashes applied, so they wouldn't work on G3F where the lashes are not separate.

    You'll need to resave them as "regular" material presets to use them on G3F.

    I do this very often. Works very well.

    Just load your G38 character. Apply make-up, eyes, lipstick, etc, .and  save as Material preset.

    Load G3 character and apply saved Material preset. Eyelashes won't follow. Just apply any G3 eyelash over. Voilà!
