Exact cloning parts of V4's clothing for a pair - how to?

Hello! I'm just starting to learn Hexagon and at this stage use it for adjustment converted clothes yet (especially for shoes). Sometimes fitting and tweaking some problem paired objects are tiresome and in these boots converted for V4, for instance, I've got one boot ready but another twin boot I'd like to clone and mirror.

But in V4 boots and other footwear have an exact distance in-between, I guess it's written somewhere in OBJ, but I don't know where (maybe something like offset, eh?) How to copy (or clone) and mirror one boot (left to right and back) and set this exact distance, to make both boots fit properly to V4's legs? (So that I can put it on her in zero pose and conform without any problems and returning to Hex again and again?) Or should I import V4 into Hex and adjust footwear manually?

Another question concerns to footwear modelling from scratch - I found here a simple tutorial on modelling, but second part is missing (or unwritten yet). Where can I find other similar tutorials on making shoes and boots in Hexagon, better in html, pdf etc (in videos people work too fast, I miss important actions)? I came on such links few times but links are dead now or lead to forums' main pages etc.

Select the object, hold ctrl and left click > drag. Should create an exact duplicate. The mirroring I'm not sure.

In Blender, the mirror modifier will mirror the rotation/offset (as long as you haven't changed to origin, things should be fine)...but I'm also not sure how to do that in Hex, though it should be doable. It's a pretty common feature in most modelling programs.

You can use Symmetry from Vertex modeling menu to spawn opposite clone (third icon from the right, pic1). Select the shoe, click on symmetry, position cursor along x axis and click to spawn (pic2). Then select newly spawned one and position it along x axis in reverse from original. For example, if x position (red one) of original is 1.379, put spawned one in -1.379 (when you select both of them you get x position 0, pic 3, 4).
