Where's the instructions for Genesis 8 Female Body Morphs

I love it when these add ons/products don't bother to come with instructions or how to find the items.  You have to waist time and search for a lot of these and hope you can find it.  Since I'm having problems with Measure Metrics I decided to try another purchase I made, Genesis 8 Female Body Morphs.  But I can't find any information on where to find the controls.  Like a lot of programs out there it assumes you already know everything and don't need instructions (I know, real men don't need instructions).  Where can I find the controls, or at least tutorials, for this product?

And don't get me started with 200 Plus.  You have to be a doctor to know what some of the body parts are and where to find them.

    The new sliders appear under the Actor group in the Parameters pane, or in the Shaping pane.

    Okay, got it.  At least I've found something but I don't know if it's Genesis 8 Female Body Morphs or another morphing tool I got.  Doesn't say.
