Hey folks,
this is doing my head in. Trying to export out a Daz animation into Blender using the fbx format. Have tried pretty much everything I have seen in forums, youtube videos etc. The best results I get using Blender 2.8 is actually not checking Automatic Bone Rotation (under Armatures) as many have suggested. Have tried all fbx formats from 2010 up.
The issue is, I can get the figure and animation in (even G8 figures - yay), but the figure looks like they are ice skating! Have gone through all options for importing in Blender so I suspect, that it is not Blender.
See a quick vid I did to show skating/slipping of feet https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bqLAxNnjVCo
Has anyone else encountered this issue with Daz fbx animation?

I would try the Better FBX Importer addon for Blender.
Ohhh... ok will check out this weekend. Thank you :)
