Shaping Pane Presets mentioned in QuickStart guide are MISSING

I was attempting to follow the instructions on the Daz3D QuickStart guide.

All was going well until I got to the part where I Open the Shaping Pane Presets Page - - and found that there was - - absolutely nothing there. That was at this step: click here

This prevented me from following the next step: click here

And in case you were going to ask, no, the "Filter by Content" box was NOT checked.

Anyway - - - why is content that the tutorial insists ought to be there not there - and what can I do about it so that I can complete the tutorial?

Do you have the hair selected?

Yes -- the hair is selected. At least I followed the instructions in the previous step to select it.
