Support taking 5 days?

I submitted a ticket to support to return one item for a store credit and noticed they still haven't gotten to it.  I've never had that happen and am wondering what can I do to get it moving along.  Do I need to submit another ticket???

    Did you get the automated response to your ticket, So that you know your request is in the queue?

    I did so I know they have it.  I guess I was just surprised that they are that busy for so many days to go by!   I guess all I can do is wait but Thanks to all for the information.   :)

    Customer support is very busy during big sale events like the PC Anniversary sale.

    Opening another ticket about a ticket is not going to help matters. One can access "open" tickets via the help scenario and add additional information to it if need be.

    I have tickets waiting for answers too. {6 days and counting now}

    Well they seem to be busier than usual for some reason. Now the replies are that they are handling the tickets in the order in which they are received. Said query being read and closed almost immediately. Sigh ... okay ... moving on.

    edit: and then an answer arrived! :-)

  • Said query being read and closed almost immediately.

    Note that when (not "if") they do this, you can re-open the ticket by entering another comment.
