studio issues

I'm super new to all of this, and I'm trying to get studio up and running. 64 bit isn't loading properly, and when I type in my email and password, it acts like it's loading and then it just automatically closes out all together. I've been trying to download 32 bit, but it comes up with some kind of error and won't even download. I'm not sure what to do now, any help would be greatly appreciated.
