Install Manager not logging in properly

When I try to log into DIM, it tells me that it is unable to login, and to verify my email or password (both are one hundred percent beyond any possible shadow of the tiniest inkling of a doubt correct, having been copy-pasted from my master file, from which I copy-pasted them into the registration fields when making the account in the first place). Thoughts?
