I'm using Genesis 8 base female in MD as an avatar. Works great except for when I import the garment back into Daz 4.12. The garment is like -1.5 cm along the Y axis where it should be on the model.
I have re-exported and re-imported base Genesis 8 female into MD and re-fitted. Still getting the same problem after doing this.
I'm having no issues whatsoever with Genesis 8 base male as an avatar. Anybody ever run into this?

The figure was zeroed on export from DS for use as an avatar?
I think I figured it out. I originally used fbx export from DAZ to for importing the avatar to MD. For some weird reason, it creates a slightly smaller avatar than an OBJ export. I'm thinking some kind of floating point rounding problem in MD...
Anyway, the obj exported avatar looks like the one I should be using. looking at the size difference it seems to line up with the problem I'm having. I am going to re-fit to that and I'm guessing it will fix the problem.
There are settings which work exactly right for MD, but I don't have them handy because I'm not at home right now. I believe I got them from the link below, but I also cannot open it at the moment to verify. Nonetheless, you must export the figure then import into MD, and if you make any edits to the location/posing of the figure, the output from MD won't match up any more.

If I remember later, I'll try to upload a screenshot of my export settings if you still need it.
When I got MD last year, I almost immediately discovered my Daz figure Avatars were loading slightly behind where I expected them to be, and so anything I imported back into Daz as a morph, (which was how I was using it then,) was actually behind where the figure is when zeroed in DS. What I did was import the OBJ I made from MD, move it forward to the correct position and save it as an OBJ again. Then it would import perfectly using the Morph Loader Pro.
I posted about it on the MD forums, but no one ever commented on the post. I have MD8, and I expect to upgrade to MD9 in the next few weeks. Maybe this offset will be fixed in the version.
