problem updating from my 2.11 reality can't install on daz studio 4.6

there's an update from reality 2.11 to 2.5 i bought at daz and the update at preta 3d says i'm not registered at that website.
after install my 2.11 at studio 4.6 the plugin is in red and a message that is not compatible.
