Why do half the things I order not show up after installation?

I purchased a product (dForce SsC Knight Cloak for Genesis 3 and 8) that says it came with 40 wind morphs for the cloak. I installed the cloak, and it shows up and has its materials installed, but I don't see any options anywhere, under anything, or in the content library for wind morphs. 

This seems to be happening to me regularly, I purchase a product, install it, and then all or part of it is completely missing. I don't want to keep asking for refunds, and their help desk is well...pretty useless.  I will be the first to admit that I am still in the learning phase, so maybe I am missing some huge element here, but I can't keep using this program if every other thing I purchase is completely unusable. 

Any help would be welcome.

Movement morphs will usually show up in the Parameters Tab when the item is selected in the scene.
