How to cancel Automatic renewal?

I no longer use my Poser or Daz, My husband is bedridden and have no time.. I forgot to cancel my auto renewal and they took out my membership fee today, How do I go about canceling th auto renewal?

    First I would take out a support ticket to get your money back. Just go to the Help link in the menu at the top of each forum page, and select Help Center, which will take you to where you can take out the support ticket. You may have to register there with your current login and password. Explain to them that you no longer can continue your membership and why. I'm sure they would be able to do it for you, because going into your account and cancelling it yourself (if that indeed can be done), will cancel it for next year.

    I'm sure since this was just done today, the Support staff will be able to take care of this for you, though it might take a few days for them to respond to you. The Support staff here are always very busy.

    If you pay through PayPal, you must go to your PayPal account, log in and got to account activity. There should be a listing for recurrent subscriptions. If there is one listed for DAZ, uncheck the box.

    Also, go to your DAZ Account page. Under Platinum Club, there will be a listing as to your payment and the date. If the auto renew box is checked, remove the check.

    If you paid for an annual membership and still have a large amount of time left, DAZ may or may not issue you a pro-rated refund. They did at one time but things have changed. If you paid quarterly, I don't honestly know if they pro-rate refunds or not. If you pay monthly, the month should run out.

    The OP didn't mention which type of membership renewal it was, but since s/he did mention this just happened yesterday, I don't see why DAZ wouldn't fully refund an annual membership. I don't have any idea about the quarterly or monthly membership, though I suspect you may be right about those.

    Yes it was an Anual membership. I couldn't find the support ticket, but will try again, I only have short time to be online because I am the only caregiver my husband has and it is a full time job.

  • Hello, I downloaded this program just to try it, i worked with it for little time and have never used it again..

    I'm having a hard time with getting emails and projects to buy from DAZ all the time and it's annoying, how i can unsubscribe and stop DAZ from sending me these emails and projects?

    Have you not clicked the Unsubscribe link at bottom-left of the email? If you have, allowing a week or so for the process to complete, you may need to open a Sales Support ticket https://www.daz3d.com/help
