I must say in advance that I can not speak English and everything goes through a translator .
So please see me after an error .

Whenever I go to the buttons with the mouse ( with red arrows marked) is from the figure a stick figure.

uninstall and reinstall did not help.
shaded texture is clicked. temproräre files are deleted.

I do not go on .

    Open tool setting tab, you may need to open from top menu>window>panes>toolsetting.

    then set tool , universal tool (the setting may work about other tool)
    and scroll middle area, then find

    During manipulation. section

    now your status may be same as my pic1

    simply change it to use current(off)
