Iray crashes frequently after Nvidia driver update 441.12 (With 2x Titan RTX!)

I don't know what's going on all of a sudden! After installing the new nvidia driver 441.12 I got both Iray preview crashes and render process crashes. Sometimes it works all of a sudden. Then again crash after crash (Daz Studio just shuts down). Before that driver update everything was fine!
I got two Titan RTX GPU's and I'm using Daz 4.12 Pro and 4.12 Beta pro public build (Vers. 4.12.1.16). Both have the same issues! What could be the problem?
What's strange that it seems not to crash in the preview if before clicking on the "Nvidia Iray" preview you click on "Solid Bounding Box" preview.
Is something wrong with that new nvidia driver? Does anyone else have similar issues with it?
Edit: In the Iray preview my CPU workload is at 100% and GPU at 1% even though I disabled CPU in the render settings and enabled the 2 Titans!!! What the hell is going on with that freaking Daz programm all of a sudden?!

I'm having problem whenever I use Nvidia preview in viewport, DAZ just shuts down. Nvidia Studio Driver or Game Ready Driver 441.12 and 2x Titan RTX.
Yes, since this freaking 441.12 driver installation Daz studio just shuts down if you click on the Iray preview. The only chance that it doesn't crash is when before you click on the iray preview you click on "solid bounding box" preview. After that the iray preview is working.
A really great job Nvidia! You satisfied all the red dead 2 players cause they are the most important and only them need to be satisfied at the moment!
Same here. I have two 2080'tis in nvlink
posted this yesterday https://www.daz3d.com/forums/discussion/363566/anyone-else-having-problems-with-latest-441-12-studio-driver#latest
I guess only the turing GPUs (RTX series) got that problem with this driver. Hope they'll fix it soon! Until then try before using the Iray preview click on "solid bounding box" preview. This seems to fix that issue for the moment.
Currently it also always crashes when I want to render a scene. I think there's no other choice at the moment than uninstalling that current driver and installing an older one!
OK, it seems all drivers of that newer 440ies series are causing iray crashes! But the earlier driver 436.48 works fine!
This is happening to me as well! GeForce 2080 RTX. Crashes preview, crashes 75% single image render, crashes on the 2nd or 3rd render in renderque.
What daz version are you using? I read that rtx support is only just being fixed in the beta versions, older versions do not support rtx.
P.S. where do you live? when do you go out? do you have wonderwoman wallpaper?
441.66 definitely works for RTX.
This is why I always wait a minimum of a week or so before downloading new drivers when they are released so I can research any potential issues or conflicts they may cause me. I've lost far too much valuable time in the past troubleshooting or waiting for things to be sorted and patched correctly.
@roni190 "This is why I always wait a minimum of a week or so before downloading new drivers when they are released "
I don't download newer drivers at all unless they are required for a new Studio version or a specific game I play. Newer driver are most often released to accomodate some feature of new popular games only.
Since I don't game that much anymore, I don't download newer driver unless I update Studio or my GPU.
When running multiple GPU's, check Rendering Settings | Advanced (Iray) and make sure that Interactive Devices is set to use only one GPU (particularly if the Draw Setting | Draw Mode is set to Interactive). See this thread for more info: https://www.daz3d.com/forums/discussion/365326/multi-gpu-keeps-crashing#1
BTW, if error log includes the following then probably this will fix your problems:
"2018-04-22 15:29:39.625 Iray INFO - module:category(IRAY:RENDER): 1.7 IRAY rend info : CUDA device 0 (GeForce GTX 1070): Used for display, optimizing for interactive usage (performance could be sacrificed)", ....then everything after that line fails.
