Coupon rejected

I have a $3 coupon valid til Feb. 1 valid for everything in store, and I wanted to apply it to Aging Morphs Male and the coupon is deemed not valid. I sent a ticket to support two days ago and haven't heard from them. Any suggestions?

    Buy it and then let them work with you to credit the transaction? I'm new here, but have found sales support to be very good. A little slow, but very good.

    What is the coupon valid for? The Genesis/Genesis 2 Aging Morphs are not "DAZ Originals" - they don't list DAZ 3D as the vendor - so if the coupon is restricted to DAZ items they aren't eligible.

    Thanks Richard, the coupon says "everything" without any stated exceptions. I made a copy of the promotion and removed the code, but I don't know if it's OK or not to attach it.

    OK, I went to products to order, and tried the coupon again, and this time it went through! Yeah!!!
