Poster Set icon

There is a smale +/- icon next to the DrawStyle dropdown.

If I accidently click it, which is not too difficult to do, then the Viewport turns almost pure white and I cannot undo it.

Does anyone know what this thing does, or why it's even there?

I have a book on DAZ Studio, and tried to find out more about it to no avail. There doesn't seem to be any documentation on this icon.

It doesn't even have a Tool Tip, except if you right click on it "Poster Set" displays in a yellow box.

I'm so fed up right now I can't even think straight.

That's for adjusting the tone mapping in the Iray preview mode. If it gets messed up, it can be vexing. Go to the Render Settings->Tone Mapping controls and reset everything with a non-default value, or just hit the Defaults button for a total reset.

Thanks! I finally figured out that the Tone Mapping / Exposure Value was set to 1.0 somehow... set it back to default of 13.0 and got my preview back.

If the tool tip for this has just said "Exposure Value" instead of "Poster Set" it would have pointed me in the right direction. Frustrating!
