MY DAZ no render!

er i was searching help here and i dunno but recently my daz no work i mean teh render and the spot render tool looks disabled no working... anyone know something?
and by the way the male figure G8 when you render have no eyes only black empty sockets and if you try use a female base changing it with the "hidden" comand of clone the you cannot make new poses because the hands deform... any idea? of whats happening to DAZ???

The female base/clone is NOT meant to be used as a figure. The file exists for other program functions, that is why it is hidden.
The Genesis 8 Female figure is a separate load just like the male figure.
Some materials are set for rendering with Iray, others for 3Delight. Check the materials being used for the eye area.
Have the pointer [arrow] tool selected, if the spot render icon is still greyed out ... then I don't know why it's not working.
Sometimes if you close/open the program, everything resets back to normal. Sometimes if you change the work space layout to something else, then change it back again, things reset themselves.
