DLD Soft Plastic Shaders -- missing files?

The Read Me claims that there is a 2nd download in our account containing bonus content. Namely, the ribbon cube object and the User guide.

No. There is only one download. That download contains a scene file of the ribbon cube demo, and a user guide in the Read Me folder. Are these the same thing? There is no Ribbon cube object anywhere in the package.

The question is; was the user guide written in antcipation of a different method of packaging the product and we should ignore what it claims the product contains? The first step is to import the Ribbon Cube from the Bonus Content which since there is no such Bonus content rather defeats the purpose.

What is going on here?

I just pulled down the file and took a look the ribbon cube is under scenes/DLD Soft plasic Demo.

I didn't pack it so don't know if it was meant to have 2 packages or not but i will check on that.

Edit - its early i admit it 5 am here so maybe not seeing it.. can you point out where it says 2 downloads so i can make sure it gets fixed? yeah its early and speed reading at 5 am is not helpful lol - slinks off to go check the readme

Right on the first page of the ReadMe .pdf.

What comes across is that the User Guide/Read Me was written in expectation that the product would have a different packing method which isn't the one actually used, so that everything may be there, but not where the guide says it is.

Although there is no ribbon cube object, anyhow.

Did you check under scenes/DLD Soft plasic Demo.

Because it is there. I checked the file and that's where the ribbon cube is.

on the packaging i will check and see what happened. but the cube is there.

Okay, that's what I was asking. I have the scene file, but no separate .obj. And the Read Me directs us to import an .obj rather than to open a scene file. Evidently as I suspected the ReadMe was written anticipating a different package than was actually shipped. i.e., Everything is there, it's just in different places and called by different names. That can be worked with.

    Thanks muchly!
