Starts to Render Okay, and Then POOF

This is just odd.  I have a scene that basically has 2 walls, a floor, a simple 3D prop, and two characters fully clothed.  When I attempt to render the entire scene, everything starts to go transparent (gradually throughout the render) except immediately surrounding my female character.  It's like she's in a box and the rest off the scene slowly disappears.

I deleted her (and her wardrobe), and everything renders perfectly.  I add her, and this phenomonon happens.  I don't think it is a memory problem, I think there is something about my female character or her wardrobe that's causing it.

Here's my system:

Windows 10 64bit
32GB RAM
1080Ti 11GB RAM video card
Lots of  free space on my hard drive

I've attached a screne shot to illustrate what I'm talking about.

    Update:

    • If I delete my G8F with all her wardrobe - the problem doesn't exist.
    • If I add her back in, it comes back.
    • If I delete clothing items, one at a time, none of them have any effect.
    • But, I added a NEW G8F (different character this time), with the same wardrobe, and it seems to render just fine.

So, it appears it has something to do with the Theory character I'm using.  I'd like to figure out why this happens so I can fix it in the future.
