Starts to Render Okay, and Then POOF

This is just odd. I have a scene that basically has 2 walls, a floor, a simple 3D prop, and two characters fully clothed. When I attempt to render the entire scene, everything starts to go transparent (gradually throughout the render) except immediately surrounding my female character. It's like she's in a box and the rest off the scene slowly disappears.
I deleted her (and her wardrobe), and everything renders perfectly. I add her, and this phenomonon happens. I don't think it is a memory problem, I think there is something about my female character or her wardrobe that's causing it.
Here's my system:
Windows 10 64bit
32GB RAM
1080Ti 11GB RAM video card
Lots of free space on my hard drive
I've attached a screne shot to illustrate what I'm talking about.

Update:
So, it appears it has something to do with the Theory character I'm using. I'd like to figure out why this happens so I can fix it in the future.
