Hi Juanjo, this should not be happening. Could you provide more information? Does this happen with all the figures or is it only happening with a specific figure?
Also, keep in mind that the foot itself doesn't have any bones. It's a rigid piece that doesn't bend like a foot would. So many heels won't work. If you have a closed shoe with a heel, you can always hide the foot via the surface pane (lowering the opacity).
Hi! It happens with Genesis 3 and Genesis 8 and if i try to work the model alone... i have the studio updated to the latest version.... here is a video of what happens

Will be a great idea to update with a boes version so people can use it with all kind of shoes
Ok, yeah, there seems to be a problem with the files. Only the G8 Right Leg version has working morphs. We'll get a fix in ASAP. We'll post updates in the commercial thread.
The pose and the shoe worked for that promo. Since the shoe is not open like the shoe you're trying to use, I simply made the foot size smaller to fit it in.
We thought about including bones to the foot, but we wanted to keep it realistic. And if you google images of leg prosthetics, the foot is just one piece. That's why you get different types of prosthetics for sports.
And how you do in the promo image? The one of the older woman with the heels...
But you can do a version of regulable foot, there us some real models that do that :)
Ok, i'lll watch that link and I found another issue may be... i upload a designer set but the iray shader only applies to some parts
Yes, depending on how well this leg does, we might do different versions. We will see :D.
In the meantime, a workaround would be to do a render with the leg without the shoes. Then a spot-render of Genesis 8's regular foot (hiding the prosthetic). Then, in post-work, you can simply replace the prosthetic's foot with the regular foot. You'll have toes in there, but some prosthetics do have the foot pieces like that.
The renders i do take about six hours to complete so the option of doinf two renders is out of my mind so waiting for the update... for now, as you can see in the previus attached image, i use the foot from another prothesis found in sharecg but there is no option for G8
I understand, though a spot render is simply a render of (in this case) the foot + shoe. So that one would take less time. Nevertheless, I suspect that by shrinking the foot you'll be able to use those shoes. We are currently re-linking the morphs. Then it'll be a matter of uploading them into the PASS system and hoping that Daz can re-test the update so it can be submitted into the store.
Will post in the commercial thread as soon as we've uploaded the fix into the PASS.
You could always line the alternative foot up with the end of the Genesis 8 shaft, hide the foot of the Genesis 8 prosthesis, hide everything but the foot of the other item, and parent the foot figure to the shin of the Genesis 8 Prosthesis.
Also, don't forget you can also rotate the prosthetic's foot (by selecting the foot and bending it) to better align with the shoe (which will be independent of the of Genesis' own foot). We've finished relinking, so we'll test it in another computer before submitting to PASS.
We'll also add a dropbox link with the patch to the commercial thread for those who'd like to get the fix right away.
We've just uploaded the fix to PASS. We've also shared a dropbox link with the fix in our commercial thread, if you'd like to fix it right away :). Thank you for bringing the issue to our attention!
No problem.... Got it! Now it works except for the designer material that it does not apply, I mean, the ones who affects the entire model. You need to select obe by one the pieces
That's strange. We'll take a look at it on Monday and see if we can spot the issue!
Ok, this is strange. I could reproduce your error but my partner couldn't. So after doing the following, I fixed it on my system:
That should fix the hierarchical materials. Please let me know if that works for you.
