How do I actually open this Jacket?

Hi I'm trying to open this jacket like in the picture and I did the steps from the tutorial but the jacket still remains closed.

  • So you have deleted the Add On, or made it invisible, or set Visible in render to Off?

  • I deleted Onyx Jacket Support but nothing happens. The jacket remains locked and not open like in the picture. And I also made it visible or invisible but the result is the same.

  • You are running a simulation after removing the add-on part? Is the pose one where the jacket would be expected to open?

Yeah. does the jacket really open in viewport or not? do I have to render the model to view the open jacket? Because I tried with Onyx outfit 1 and 2 but I don't see any difference.

Normally you need to apply a dForce "open" garment, apply a pose to the figure/character and run a dForce simulation to see a dForce ready garment "open".

    1. Load the Onyx Hoodie Open.duf garment on a G8M figure/character.
    2. Apply a pose to the G8M figure/character.
    3. Run a dForce simulation.

Applied body hair figures can interfere with garment draping, so hide it via the Scene tab during the simulation.  I have the HoodBack1 open morph applied in my test render.
