Cannot accept the EULA

i have tried on multiple computers , multiple times , clearing caches , all kinds of stuff. and i cannot get the EULA page to make me appear to be logged in so i can click accept.. what is the deal and how do i fix this.

Go to the front page   https://www.daz3d.com/     log out and log in again on that page.    This makes sure that both parts of the site are synced for you,    Then go to the EULA  using the link at the bottom of every page   https://www.daz3d.com/eula
