Daz Install Manager won't launch

After I insert my email address and password and press the "Start" button in DAZ 3D account pop-up, the DAZ Install Manager pop-up suddenly goes missing. I've even restarted my laptop and select "Run as administrator" but it doesn't work. What should I do?

Don't use Run as Administtrator, that is likely to create issues. If you'd done it initially it may be why you are having problems. If you hadn't tried that before then it may be that there is an issue with your account - you may need to open a support ticket, though bear in mind that response tiems have been longer than usual recently.
