2 Character Poses only have one pose

I downloaded some 3rd party poses to mess with and I don't think they're working properly. First, I have to drag them from the folder in my PC for anything to happen. Second, when I do, both characters do the same portion of the pose when they're supposed to be different.

Please, any help would be appreciated!
