Anatomical Elements option available but doesn't apply, among others...

Hello all, I would appreciate help understanding what I'm missing/doing wrong. I have Genesis 8 male figures that offer one or two genitalia options, but when I try to apply them I get two different small dialog boxes that flash on my screen too quickly to read. Nothing applies and everything looks the same. This is when I go into a fresh load of the program and just trying to learn a model, no other environment or props loaded. Also done on a new computer I built a couple months ago (i7 core, gaming motherboard, good graphics card, and 128 GB RAM).

I've occasionally had trouble with other options, like eyelashes and eyebrows. While from the exact same menu, other options will apply just fine.

What am I missing here?

    They have textures for the Anatomical Elements, which come with most of the adule Name 8 Pro Bundles - the characters don't include the model itself.

    Thank you for answering my question. Purchased a pro bundle and it's taken a little digging, but now the expected bits are appearing. It also has appeared to help the issue I had with some other elements too. It would be nice if the program would pop up a message saying something about additional materials are needed. I've been trying to figure this out for over three days
