Issue with DIM not logging in

Can't get DIM to login and the log shows this error. Tried uninstalling and cleaning the Registry but no change. I sent in a Help request but never heard from anyone.

I wonder if this problem, along with the inability to fill cart in the DAZ Shop, and the inability to display the workspace on my side, maybe all correlate to some development, such as DAZ Studio being updated?
Neither issues on the site nor issuse with DIM would have any connection with DS.
