Clothes just show up blank after install!?

I bought the new Robyn Pro bundle. 2 of the clothes and the add on textures just shows up blank
in smart content and wont load unto the Charachter. I installed it in DAZ install

What do you mean blank - no thumbnail? That sounds as if the files didn't decrypt properly, assuming you mean you used the Install pane. Try uninstalling, then Connect>Work Offline, find the product's entry in the Products list in the Content Library, right-click>Delete. Go back online, DS will redownload the emtadata, and try reinstalling. If that doesn't work you may, for now, need to uninstall it and then install with Install Manager.
I deleted it in content folder and reinstalled them with DIM. Now the thumbs show up alright but when i load the clothes
it just loads like a big grey box!
Did you actually uninstall the Connect install, or just delete the files? If you don't uninstall DS will try to use the (still encrypted) Connect files first, hence the grey boxes.
Serioously. Does it really have to be so complicated?
It must be a fawlty product! that needs to go back to testing and not sold on DAZ
I don't think it's the product, I think it's a glitch. It may just be your copy, in which case the prcedure I suggested in my first reply may help, but it's possible that an update to the files is causing the same problem for others. Please, if you can, try what I suggested to fix the Connect download and report it as an issue if that doesn't help.

Uninstalling should have deleted them for you. What did you delete, from where, and how were the files originally installed?
I installed with DAZ Conect first but then the Thumbs where blank. So i unistalled in the Content folder and after that deleted the files
so they werent present in Install tab. then i used DIM to intall them again adn then they turned up as grey boxes instead of clothes
If they weren't prsent in the Isntall tab in DS then they weren' removed from the database. Find the product (in the products tab of Samrt Content or in the Products list in the Content Library), right-click>Uninstall.
I deleted them in the Product list in the content Library and went back to my product Library list and clicked on install again
when i installed them in DAZ connect same thing they install without thumbs and dont load!!!??
Now i also tried to install them manually but just get an error when trying to load them but the thumbs worked in My Library folder
Have you uninstalled the Connect files? If you don't then DS will ignore the files from DIM/manual installation.
I bought Robyn 8 pro last night, I'll see if my copy installs OK.

I deleted the DAZ Connect files and now the manual install workes fine. Thank you Richard!
I see this with the Helios, Figure Skater, and Emo Style outfits - are those the oens you had the issue with?
Yes. does 2 where the problem. but now i have them working in My Library folder.
I am having issues with these files and their textures. I've done the uninstall, reinstall, and tried manual install to no avail.
I'm not showing any update for them so wondering what is going on with these issues.
I d have a ticket open, but the files are working for Daz so it's not clear what the issue is - in the past they have eventually cleared for all users, but the problem remained for me earier in the week.
I downloaded the clothes manually and have them in my Content folder under People-G8F and they
work fine from there!
I too am having a problem with getting the dForce Figure Skater Outfit for Genesis 8 Female(s) to work. I use all of the DAZ products for my iClone characters/movies through the Transformer feature in Character Creator 3 program. I just purchased this item today for a skate scene, and this is the ONLY item that was ever purchased that created an error message upon conversion. Is there something wrong with the file(s) itself?
Are they loading in DS? If so it's an unrelated issue.
Well, if so, then I will be forced to have to return this item for a refund then. Again, this is the only item that has ever done that. Also, I just received an update from DAZ prior to the purchase, so it could very well be a DAZ issue which caused it to become relatable.
UPDATE:
I found out that it's the Skates themselves, which is what I really needed, that is the problem. After doing everything that was suggested above, I found that it's the boots. When loading in the shoes itself, the dress comes up instead and that's in DAZ. So, I tried just using the actual skates only, and that's when I got the error message in my other program again, only with no form of the DAZ character loading up whatsoever. So, it has to be a problem with the mesh for the skates quite possibly.
Are the skates a figure or a prop? What are they parented/fitted to?
The shoes themselves come up as a dress, but the ones with the attachments are as such...shoes parented/fitted to the feet. The attachments are props that are supposed to be fitted to the shoes, but it doesn't work that way, given the first example shown above. Only the ones with the attachments are parented/fitted to the feet. I was going to try the other option that I found which is the Skate Queen for Genesis 8 Female(s), but I'm almost skeptical with that one now, given the problems I'm having with this one.
These are the only two options available that I found searching for skates. I just need a pair of skates for this one movie scene. Gee whittakers...is it this hard just to find a pair of roller skates?
Also, do you know anything about this latest update that was sent out from DAZ? It popped up, right when I was in the process of downloading this item (post-purchasing), and that's when this all happened. Again, never had any issues with any other product until now, as you can see. I have folders of DAZ related characters, clothing, objects/props, etc., main resource/supplier. So, that's why this is a major problem for me right now.
I wouldnguess there is soemthing in the set up that the other applciation can't convert, though I don't know exactly what. You coudl report it, but the response may very well be that it would be up to the developer of the other applcation to fix that.
I've not had an update notification, so I don't know what that is about.
