4.12 Keeps crashing (Daz is not responding) ! [Can pay for solving, I'm that desperate atm]

So a couple of days ago, I was doing Daz stuff as usual, enjoying the benefits of 4.12 (faster iray previews etc), when suddenly - after trying to open up one of my character "files", Daz crashed. I thought it might just be a one time thing, so I tried again - crashed again. (and again... and again).
---> https://imgur.com/a/eVEhwic --->This was the only thing that it popped out the first time it happened, I'm lucky that I managed to get a screenshot of the problem. That said, It's likely not even close to being the only problem.
After googling this same issue, I only found a single discussion on something similar involving the .dll (it was on F95zone). The only thing that was recommended was to "Clear the DSON cache" in prefferences. (What does it even is that btw?) Stupid me did it without any backups, and afterwards - the issue was not only not solved, but I also started getting this issue - https://imgur.com/a/f6VWYjq (messed up skin, characters etc).
IMPORTANT TO NOTE -
1. Every other version (4.11, 4.11 public beta, 4.12 public beta) is not crashing. (One small important detail - in 4.12 public beta, a different character of mine kept having "skin" issues when I changed her eyes, for example, or changing the maps by 0.01% or some stupid stuff like that. Here's how it looks - https://imgur.com/a/irtdBaH.
Obviously, this means that while 4.12 is pretty messed up for me at the moment, other versions are not quite 100% right either. ALSO - I tested just now characters that aren't from "Daz Originals" , and they don't get this issue. All my characters use Daz Originals skins, so perhaps It's wise to look there for a solution, perhaps redownload them since something is amiss.
3. I have reinstalled Daz 4.12 now about... 4-5 times through the DAZ Install Manager, and nothing helped. I deleted the "studio4" folder once (got a backup this time, though), but nothing changed. Do note - I'm not sure I did the "uninstallation" process completely how it should be to start "fresh" (with all content remaining, though), because Daz still rememered everything. Is there a way to do a completely fresh 4.12 install if it all comes down to that?
At this point, I'm desperate, I really am. 4.12 was so smooth, everything was going great...until it wasn't. I was almost at a point where I was starting to go "public" with my renders, and this...well...obviously puts a major bump on all of this.
What do I do? I'll legit kiss the person who solves this. If you need any more details, ANYTHING - just ask, and I'll provide it. Solving this issue, either be it with a full reset or whatever, is incredibly important to me.

The "skin issue" looks like a problem with the surface smoothing, controlled through the Surfaces pane.
For the rest, I think you may need to open a supot ticket.
I'd start with looking at the log file.
For me, it's located in:
Users\username\AppData\Roaming\DAZ 3D\Studio4 Public Build
and is named log.txt.
Copy the file somewhere else and then delete the original.
Start up Daz Studio 4.12 and once it has crashed, open the log.txt file. Posting it here might enable someone to advise you on exactly what is causing the crash.
The original file (that I said above to copy elsewhere) might have the details of the original crash.
Have you tried creating a test user and running DS from there? Have you tried rebooting with all your third party startup items disabled? Have you updated your OS, any drivers, or third party apps, or are your OS and/or any of your apps/third party extensions auto-update?
I get crashes as well. I dont know if it was the switch to 4.12 or Nvidia GPU Studio Driver from Game Driver.
I just installed the latest Studio driver and still crashed after that.
Log reads Warnings of opticx iray non supported and Dneuray errors. An error noted in the 4.12 builds update logs.
I dont remember if it was OpenCL or Opticx that was only for newer RTX 20 series cards, so IDK why it's trying that on my GTX 1080ti.
Addendum: Even empty scene draw, scene viewport set for Iray, Log reads
"WARNING: ..\..\..\..\..\src\pluginsource\DzIrayRender\dzneuraymgr.cpp(305): Iray [WARNING] - IRAY:RENDER :: 1.0 IRAY rend warn : The 'iray_optix_prime' scene option is no longer supported."
http://docs.daz3d.com/doku.php/public/software/dazstudio/4/change_log#4_12_1_8
Uncheck the Optix box in the Renders > Advanced pane and see if it renders.
OptiX Prime is always on for non-RTX cards now. The check box is redundanyt, and has been removed in the Public Build.
I am waiting to see how these things go before updating. If your drivers are updated then the log file would be the most likely place to find an answer. Is it always trying to open a character file or does it crash with a fresh scene? Could be some bad code in there and log file will tell you that too. It's filled with gobbledeygook but the end of the file is where the last thing to happen can be found. If you have saved the character as a preset it will be easiser to get help from the log if you load the character into a fresh scene, then if it's your code it'll tell you there's an error loading it and then a line numebr tells you where the mistake is exactly.
