Already downloaded items not working

I'm having an issue where the items that were downloaded with the DAZ 4.12. For example, when I click for the iray base uber, it comes up as if the file doesn't exist. But I am able to go to the file location and it's there. This happens to all of items that I have that aren't manually installed or are downloaded using the installer. Also, I never had an issue with this using 4.9 or 4.10.
