can the contant library only show what is installed, if yes: how?

another question:

I've been 'dazzing' long ago, then stopped and recently restarted. Thing is: my content libray does not only show what I have installed but also everything from the old days, meaning gen2 and v4, m4 etc.
I have no intention installing that ever again and am quite happy with my recent purchases and gen8 stuff.

question: is it possible to have the content library only display what is installed, and hide all the rest?

Where are you looking? The Products list in the Content Library will show all products it is aware of, but the isntalled products under any letter will show before the uninstalled. The Products tab of Smart Content has a set of "Install State Filter" buttons along the bottom, All will show everything that the Content management System is aware of while Installed will show only what is installed. Views showing files in categories or in disc folders (suce the Daz Studio Formats container in the Content Library) should show only items marked as installed.
