Assuming you mean the Viewport, it looks as if you are currently using an Intel GPU. If you have a system with an Intel GPU on the CPU and a stand-alone GPU (nVidia or AMD) make sure that DS is set to use the stand-alone GPU - that usually entails a right-click on the Desktop and opening the nVidia or Catalyst Control panel.
