Is anyone else having px with Daz recently ?

Hi Gang:

I'm NOT a computer hacker or wizard so please don't use terms I don't understand.  Rencently my daz was working fine, I downloaded a bunch of products, then install manager asked if it could make changes and I stupidly agreed.  Now I don't see the black and yellow daz logo, only the stupid grey install manager.  Also when I click the install manager it now won't recognize my account or passwork,  I have tried downloading the recent version of daz and still nothing happens.  I'm not putting in a help ticket bc the admins are frankly useless and I'm getting frustrated bvc I can't access my art nor the software nor anything.  If I had hair I be tearing it out in clumps.  Any help is most appreciated!

    by logo do you mean your desktop shortcuts?

    did you accidentally uninstall DAZ studio? is it under your programs list?

    which version of Windows are you using or is it a Mac?

    the more information you can provide and maybe screenshots the easier it will be for people to help you

    Hi again WLCs, jeez I get worked up for nothing.  Managed to download it again, and all my products were there.  Thank you for your help XO
