Edeting Clothing DUF file

Is it possible to make changes and adjustment to clothing DUF files and if - what program
is best to use? Or does DAZ have built in such program?

    .duf files are just plain text files, so any text editor will do. You just need to uncompress them if they are compressed. Any archiving software will uncompress them, if needed.

                      I opened up a DUF in Notepad and all i see are different numbers or values. so there is no way i would know what part og
                      the clothing i want to change. Is this the only way?

    What are you wanting to do? You can edit everything except HD morphs in DS (possibly using a modeller or image editor along the way) and save the result as a new .duf file - that is how they are created in the first place, after all.

    If you just get random characters the fiel you are trying to edit is compressed - you can extract it using an archive tool, or using the Batch Convert pane in DS.
