  • First let me apogize for making an unrelated comment here, but i need some help on another issue.

I must be doing something wrong in trying to ask for help so I am interupting here in hopes I may get

    an answer.

I submitted 2 tickets 11 days ago, #315702 and #315713 and I have received no reply or I don't know

    where to look for one.

I am not sure of procedures as regards using the forums but I have noticed that much later submissions

have been answered so I fear I am missing something as to ho to ask for help..

Any guidance you can provide would be most appreciated

    Sincerely

    Giovanni

I must apogize again. I checked my e-mail and see that I had forgotten that I got an E-mail 11 days ago stating

that the help desk is experiencing delays.

It is still curious though that some posts are answered or at least acknowledged within minutes

Should anyone see this, Thanks for your time and attention.

    Giovanni

Split your posts into their own thread, since they were not related to the other thread.

The forums are users helping each other, unlike the tickets which are handled by Daz Support. For many questions the forums can offer a quicj helping hand, but of course we can't do anything with account or order related issues and we can't fix product problems, though we may be able to confirm that there is one or explain how to use the product correctly.

If you click "Help" up top, then click Submit a Ticket {but do not} - up at the top of that page on the right side is a "Sign in" link, click on that it'll sign you in, {your name shows if you are signed in} ... then click on your name and click on "Activities" to see the list of tickets.

You can click on the title links to read the ticket, you can add to it as well if you want to.

CS is rather busy these days but they do exist ;-)
