DIM crashes with password/Files not found on DAZ studio

Hey, I got two problems here....

#1: I redownloaded DAZ onto my new computer after years of silence and tried to reinstall my old files through the install manager...and I can't use it because it crashed when I put my password in. It's my correct password, but when I put it in, it shuts down immediately, no matter what password I put in.

#2: I tried to reinstall my files manually, but now it gives this error message: Resource error: could not load genesis_3_female.duf. File does not exist.

I'm going insane...someone please help me!

    What security software are you using?

    Those items are not showing in Smart Content from a manual install, unless you also imported the metadata. That suggests that there may be a previous install logged in the database but not present on disc - probably an install performed through DS itself.

    Pardon but I think you might wish to change now the email address that is associated with your account and refrain from publishing that information to the whole world, just maybe eh.
