Possible? Two Rows of Toolbars?

With addition of 3DUniverse's Tools/Toolbars to my library, I am wondering if it is possible to have two rows of two bars.  Currently, I haven't found a way to do so.

If you really want to make your life easier.  Setup shortcut, and open your own custom toolbars via "VisualMenus" as you need.  Possibilities of nested toolbars for those things and whatever content you want instantly at fingertips.
