After up dating to macOS Catalina I’m unable open files import files all files are grey out, Help!!

This is a known issue with the current General reelase of Daz Studio - the Public Build has a fix https://www.daz3d.com/daz-studio-beta
just try the fix and still do not work!
You were actually running the Public Build to try?
no i'm running 4.12.0.86
It is fixed in the Public Build only.
